Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted. Once your order is received, it may be returned for a full refund in accordance with our return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Orders are shipped the next business day after processing. During holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
